This blog has been created as a thought dump or vent writing, and I also expect it will also be a diary or journal. Alas, however, my laziness keeps dangling my legs and pampering my comfort zone. Consequently, I have left this blog blank for a year. So I think it is time to wipe some dust.

I am aware that the world is non non-stop vortex made of VUCA, TUNA that may drive you crazy most of the day. It is my choice not to be insane, so I would like to take a moment of contemplation and reflect on what made me feel gratitude, whether it is today or so far.

In this 1st sharing about gratitude, I am grateful for my health.

It has never been flawless. I do have a slight fever, cough sometimes in 2025.

But compared to 2024 and so on, this is much better, I think. Flashback, I visited clinics and hospitals multiple times that I could not count, not to mention the anesthesia, endoscopy, and blood test. All in pain.

Apart from it, I perceive my half of 2025 was a success of health, even though I did not participate in any sports activities as tremendously as I did previously. I don't spend weekends running 25+km frequently, only cardio puspose.

My sharing briefly ends here. I intended to post something longer, but it is a marathon so ... the 2nd chapter will be shared next time.
